Imagine a world where silence is loud and shouts are silent. A place where the boundaries between what’s real and what’s not simply don’t matter. A world where the invisible is vivid, the odd is understood and the true may not be what it seems. Welcome to my world!
My name is Ewa Vogt and I’m an artist. I hold a masters degree from the Academy of Arts in Poland, where I studied Painting, Graphics and Sculpture. Ever since I graduated back in 1974, I’ve been perpetuating my thoughts and emotions on canvas.
In my art I combine realism and fantasy. I like to paint the real world intertwined with unreal problems, or an unreal world that’s tangled in real-life issues. As you can see, my style has changed over the years in line with the ever-changing world around us.
